Recently an announcement was made on Vampi's Web Site that after
May 30, 2009 she would no longer be offering her tubes or any other
created graphic on her site. Loving her work as I do and wanting so much
to keep it online I asked permission to place her free tubes within this site.
Which she gave us and I was very excited about that. However as I
strolled through the Membership section I decided to make an offer to
purchase the rights on the tubes to bring them to Needfulthings and keep
them available to those who wanted to continue following her work. She
graciously accepted my offer. Although I cannot offer updates of her work I
will have a section available soon for her Membership Tubes. Until it is
open please browse and continue to use the Free Tube section of Vampi
Tubes. If you haven't seen them or used them in your tags or art projects
you are in for a real treat!

1. Can I use the tubes and graphics to make signatures both for free and for
sale?
Yes! But the graphics do have to be overlaid with other graphics, they can not
be sold in their original format. Re-coloring, changing hairstyles, painting
makeup, etc, does not mean that the graphics have been sufficiently altered.
Cutting the graphic up, using masks, overlapping graphics, etc, is what I accept
as 'altered'. For those using the free tubes, a credit must be given on the
graphic ie. ©vampi at needfulthings and www.needfulthingsfreecomments.com. If
you're not sure of something, please feel free to contact the administrator of the
site about it.
2. Do I have to put a link to you on my site or your name on the signatures and
logos that I make?
Yes! If you have a website, a link back to my site is necessary because there
are some people out there who are still taking credit for the work Vampi has
done. If you do not have a website, then a credit of ©vampi at needfulthings
and www.needfulthingsfreecomments.com is to be put on the graphic.
3. Can I sell the tubes or graphics as is?
No! If you make signatures or logo's, the graphic has to be incorporated or
altered in some way. You can not sell them or give them away as is.
4. Can I trade your tubes to friends via email?
No! If people ask you where you got them or where they can get some graphics,
then send them to Needfulthings.
5. Can I use your tubes or graphics to make and sell web sets? What about
EBay templates?
Yes! By all means! Make as many web sets as you can with them and make tons
of money! Just remember, if they are made from free tubes, I require that credit
be given and a link back to the site is required.
7. Can I send people to your site by hot-linking your pictures on my site?
No! This steals my bandwidth and causes me to have to pay for it. If you want to
show people what I have on my site, then you can a) give them my url (which I
highly recommend) or b) make a signature and THEN send them to my site :)
8. How do you feel about copyrights?
I take a firm stand on stealing. If I find that anyone is taking credit for any of the
graphics Vampi has created and make available, or selling them, or giving them
away, or trading them, then I will stop giving away the free tubes.
9. Can I send you my url so you can see what I make?
Yes! By all means, please do so! In fact, I am going to open a new category the
site for those people who would like to display the lovely pictures they make with
Vampi's graphics. So, send me your url and I will add it to my favorites! You can
also go to our forum and post your work there and include your url so that
others may view and see your work. PLEASE NO X RATED TAGS!
10. I really, really don't know how to use tubes... do you know any place that has
tutorials?
